Camp Forget-Me-Not has helped hundreds of children in grades 1-7 who have experienced loss due to the death of a loved one. Camp Forget-Me-Not is a day camp staffed by professionals and trained volunteers who provide guidance through support groups, music therapy, crafts, and other nature and recreational activities. It all started in the fall of 1999 when one team of children under the age of 7 played in the Lansing Parks and Recreation League to represent North Elementary School in Lansing.
After a year in existance North Elementary School was able to fill 10 teams in this league. After so much success, in 2001 it was time to move on to play USSF in the Capital Area Soccer League under a newly created Lansing Soccer Club. Through the years we have won USSF divisional leagues, Michigan Champions League, Indoor soccer leagues and outdoor tournaments.
